SMART ART GRAPHICS
A SmartArt graphic is a visual representation of the data and concepts you've entered. You make one by selecting a layout that is appropriate for your message. Some layouts (such organization charts and Venn diagrams) depict specific types of data, while others simply improve the aesthetic of a bulleted list.
CYCLE
1. First, you'll need to create a new document. To do so, go to File > New Document, but since I'm using an older version of Microsoft, I don't have any options.
2. Select Smart Art from the Insert menu, then click it.
3. Select the Graphic Cycle, from where you can select many sorts of graphic cycles. As a result, you must decide what you want.
4. Select Insert, then Pictures to add images. Then click the Insert button after you've selected your image. To label your Graphic Cycle, add names inside it as well.
Let's get started on making a Hierarchy Chart.❤️
Hierarchy Chart
1. First, you'll need to create a new document. To do so, go to File > New Document, but since I'm using an older version of Microsoft, I don't have any options.
2. Replace the Smart Art in Insert and repeat the previous procedures. However, this time select the Hierarchy Chart.
3. Fill it with details (like names, pictures, and position).
I created a family tree for Uzumaki Naruto.
5. Then you're finished!
Let's get started on making infographics now.
Infographics
1. First, you'll need to create a new document. To do so, go to File > New Document, but since I'm using an older version of Microsoft, I don't have any options.
3. To add pictures, go to Insert and select Pictures from the drop-down menu. You can either select images from your saved files or transfer an image from the internet.
However, because this infographic is about my abilities, I decided to include photos.
4. You can modify the background color once again by going to Format and selecting Shape Fill. To change the hue of a color, look for the Gradient.
5. The big picture is myself, the first three identically shaped circles are about traditional and digital art drawing, and the second is my favorite athlete sport, volleyball, which I played varsity for at the school where I graduated. For the third, demonstrate my cooking skills and my suitability as a potential boyfriend.
Then you're finished!
